SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• This position reports to supply chain coordinator and is responsible for supporting all aspects of planning, procurement, order management, as well as Storage & Distribution and Import & Export support. 

 

SPECIFIC DUTIES, ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES：

• Manage planning function to ensure effective purchase order creation and maintenance.
• Daily order coordination. Develops and sustains customer relationships through direct interaction, responsiveness and accountability.  Maintains open communication with customers using appropriate tools as necessary.

• Insures compliance with all corporate and applicable regulatory SOP and cGMP guidelines.

• Manages processes to optimize quality performance and on-time delivery to insure customer satisfaction.

• Participate in Customer related issue resolution.

• Work with Customers to define study specific distribution needs.

• Rectifying distribution problems and report finding back to the client.

• Ensure Customer reporting requirements (shipment, temperature monitoring, etc.) are completed in a timely fashion.

• Coordinates international depot shipment activities in accordance with project requirements and available resources.  Notes potential issues and takes action to prevent their occurrence when possible and escalate when necessary.

• Confirms all international import/export documentation requirements prior to dispatch of shipments and verifies accurate documentation.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• University graduate in Business Management, supply chain/logistics or related fields.

• 2 years relevant work experiences gained in customer service or logistics operation including warehousing, distribution, transportation,.
• Experience import/export in free trade zone will be an advantage. 

Knowledge/Skills:    

• Possess ability to create team-based environment.

• Possess extensive knowledge of MRP/ERP systems.

• Well organized, detail-oriented, possess ability to multi-task.

• Prefer to have process knowledge of cGMP regulations and practices

• Have a good command of written English, better to have good oral English
