Specific Duties, Activities, and Responsibilities:

Build
customer relationships and promote CSS value proposition; identify, qualify and
close sales opportunities.

Achieve
annual quotation, sales and revenue targets; develop and execute business
development plans.
-
Conduct
customer presentations, negotiate quotations, CDAs and MSAs.
-
Maintain
CRM records, prepare reports, and expand business partnerships.
-
Participate
in tradeshows; keep updated on services, industry trends and competitors.
-
Manage
expenses; drive cross‑selling within Catalent; ensure full compliance.
-
Lead
end-to-end quotation / proposal process, coordinate with project management,
customers
-
and stakeholders.
-
Collaborate
with cross-functional teams (PM, Operations, Quality, Finance) to deliver
accurate,
-
timely and profitable quotations.
-
Optimize
manufacturing/packaging solutions and costing; communicate directly with
clients.
-
Develop
value-based pricing; maintain templates and customer-specific pricing.
-
Support
global CSS team; lead complex quotations as needed; manage strategic accounts.
-
Drive
process improvement and cost efficiency; mentor new team members.
Position
Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s degree in business or Life Sciences (preferred).
-
3–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical CRO/CDMO with focus on
clinical services.

Proven track record in sales / business development.
-
Strong multi-tasking, negotiation and proposal writing skills.
-
Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Chinese.
-
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint,
Access).
