Specific Duties, Activities, and Responsibilities:

  • Build customer relationships and promote CSS value proposition; identify, qualify and close sales opportunities.
  • Achieve annual quotation, sales and revenue targets; develop and execute business development plans.
  • Conduct customer presentations, negotiate quotations, CDAs and MSAs. 
  • Maintain CRM records, prepare reports, and expand business partnerships.
  • Participate in tradeshows; keep updated on services, industry trends and competitors.
  • Manage expenses; drive cross‑selling within Catalent; ensure full compliance.
  • Lead end-to-end quotation / proposal process, coordinate with project management, customers
  • and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (PM, Operations, Quality, Finance) to deliver accurate,
  • timely and profitable quotations.
  • Optimize manufacturing/packaging solutions and costing; communicate directly with clients.
  • Develop value-based pricing; maintain templates and customer-specific pricing.
  • Support global CSS team; lead complex quotations as needed; manage strategic accounts.
  • Drive process improvement and cost efficiency; mentor new team members.


Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or Life Sciences (preferred).
  • 3–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical CRO/CDMO with focus on clinical services.
  • Proven track record in sales / business development.
  • Strong multi-tasking, negotiation and proposal writing skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Chinese.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access).
