Specific Duties, Activities, and Responsibilities:

·      Lead complex client projects across multiple business lines and/or sites from initiation through completion.

·      Serve as the primary client contact, manage expectations, coordinate responses, and facilitate timely issue resolution.

·      Develop and execute project plans to deliver agreed scope, milestones, timelines, and budgets.

·      Lead client and cross-functional meetings, monitor progress and risks, and communicate project status.

·      Provide milestone completion information to finance to support timely billing.

·      Lead, coach, and develop project managers and project coordinators; manage workload, resources, and priorities.

·      Drive consistent project management practices and continuous improvement across the team and site.

·      Represent Catalent in client engagements and partner with sales and business development to support retention and new business.

·      Maintain proficiency in site PM systems and assume site PM Lead or other responsibilities as required.

Position Requirements:

·      Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Engineering, Business, or related discipline. 

·      In-depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries and proven project management expertise. 

·      Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complexes, global, and/or multi-site projects and competing priorities. 

·      Excellent client-facing skills with a strong commitment to meeting and exceeding customer expectations. 

·      Strong written and verbal communication, leadership, negotiation, presentation, and facilitation skills. 

·      Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop a sizeable team of project managers and/or project coordinators. 

·      Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Microsoft Project, and relevant site PM systems.
